・Demolition (3 days)-Remove existing interiors and fixtures to prepare for construction.
・Carpentry Work (2 days)-Adjust base structures and fittings in preparation for the next stages.
・Exterior Landscaping / Grass Cutting (1 day)-Clear and maintain the exterior surroundings.
・Roof & Exterior Wall Painting (23 days)-Repair and repaint roof and exterior walls to improve durability and appearance.
・Air Conditioning & Interior Work (41 days)-Install air conditioning and complete interior finishing work.
